GSE Hospitality Brokers help hospitality enthusiasts to buy, grow and sell hospitality businesses within Australia. Located in primarily in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane, GSE has just expanded to open a Wollongong, Central Coast and Melbourne office to further help clients who are looking to buy and sell a hospitality business. GSE approached RJE to help with social media and email marketing. That has since expanded to include SEO, SEM and content marketing.
Challenges
Paul Leach, the owner of GSE, grappled with the demanding task of overseeing all marketing aspects for his business. Unfortunately, this meant he found himself entrenched in day-to-day operations rather than strategically focusing on business growth. Juggling the sole responsibility of marketing, along with client interactions, broker training, and overall business enhancements, presented significant challenges.
Paul realised that this multitasking approach was hindering the company’s expansion and conversion efforts. Seeking a solution, he approached RJE to express his limitations. The struggle to balance these responsibilities resulted in fewer meaningful interactions with customers and limited time dedicated to boosting conversions.
Solution.
RJE came onboard and helped to work along-side the GSE team to help streamline processes, redesign marketing collateral, audited the site and redesigned email templates. GSE were assigned a project manager who conducts weekly meetings to align objectives and communicate directly on current marketing strategies.
We complemented our SEO initiative with a Google Ads campaign to achieve additional visibility in the search results. Paul was then able to focus more time on the business without having to get caught up in the day to day processes.
Impact.
In the course of a year, GSE have had their best results ever. Website traffic when compared year on year has increased by 2,313%. On record, GSE achieved their highest sales and have no had an additional 5 members join the team as a direct result of working closely with RJE. Emails referrals were up 2,987%, organic social was up 2,549% and organic search was up by 1,914%
Business owner Paul Leach now has time to work on his company and not in it. Now he can have a sole focus on reaching objectives and working towards future strategies for growth.
